Having worked at large consulting firms and Fortune 500 companies, he saw the full spectrum of change initiatives. He has seen the challenges and pitfalls of embedding change initiatives across large, complex organizations. He now takes that expertise and uses it to craft tailored change strategies and implementation plans.
